1958 Gibson Les Paul Junior, Cherry finish with the original alligator case. (the case is in poor shape). Aside from the jack-plate this guitar is all original and in good condition.
The Honduras mahogany body and neck along with the cherry finish makes for a great looking guitar. The top has faded a little and there are a fair few scuffs and dings, mainly around the edges of the body and headstock. The finish has checked beautifully, giving this guitar a classic look. There are no breaks, issues or repairs. It sounds fantastic and has a nice, beefy neck. The back of the neck is relatively clean with only a few small dings and a little light play wear. The frets are in great condition with plenty of life left in them and have been dressed in our workshop.
It’s the perfect guitar for a wide fat tonal palette that will keep up with the big hitters... Fully set up in our workshop with a great, low action. Serial number: 87298. Weight: 7 lbs 6.5 oz Nut width: 42.7 mm. Depth at the 1st fret: 21 mm.
