Left Hand Hofner 500/1 - '63 Violin Bass, Vintage Finish.
A special vintage finish Violin Bass created by our master in the violin lacquer dept. Beautifully aged to look authentically vintage but with the advantage of a brand new bass.
Very special and secret varnishes are used to achieve the remarkable aged finish.
The 63-RLC is inspired by the bass we made in 1963 for Paul McCartney and features an unbound 2 piece neck and 2 on a strip tuners.
Each bass is a unique instrument, no two are exactly alike as the ageing process is all done by hand.
All models are supplied with a pearloid pickguard (not mounted) and include a Höfner Vintage strap and case.
