1976 Rickenbacker 3001, Autumnglo finish. It's in very good condition and is all original and complete, including the case. The colour is still vibrant, and there's only slight wear to the finish, including small scuffs and minor dings, mainly around the edges of the body and on the back of the neck. The frets are in great shape with very little wear. This is one very fine and rare bass; it's also great fun to play and has that killer Rick tone.
All hardware and electronics are in fine working order. The truss rods are fully functioning, and the enck is straight. The action has been set nice and low in our workshop with a set of round-wound strings. Serial: PI 6260. Weight: 10 lbs 8.5 oz / 4.77 kg. Nut width 42 mm. Depth at 1st fret 23 mm. The pots all date to late 76.
