This is a great Fender P-Bass with a straight neck and original frets which are in excellent condition showing very little wear. There's a small hairline split in the wood (surface only) running from one of the screw holes for the E string tuner. It's a reasonably common occurrence and appears stable. I doubt very much that it will get any worse. The finish has some small dings and scuffs around the edges and a little buckle rash on the back but overall it's in great condition. All hardware and electronics work correctly and the truss rod works as it should.
This bass has been fully set up in our workshop with a medium/low action. The pots date to mid-'76, the pickups date to 1976 and the neck is dated the 50th week of '75. Serial number:7652990, weight: 9 lbs 15 oz / 4.5 kg. Neck dimensions, Nut width:42.2 mm. Depth at 1st fret: 21.6 mm.
