1974 Fender Telecaster Bass, Black finish with a maple neck and fingerboard. Very good condition. All original, including the case. It's very light (for a Tele bass), weighing just a fraction over 9 lbs.
This bass has a few small dings, light scuffs, and general playwear, mainly around the edges of the body, and a little bit of light buckle rash on the back. The truss rod works correctly without issue. All electronics work and sound great. It has a great-playing straight neck, and the frets are in very good condition. 3 small cracks in the pickguard along the edge by the neck pocket (now repaired).
Fully set up in our workshop with what we believe are Ernie Ball strings. Serial: 401295. The pickup is dated 1974. The pots both date to 1973. Weight: 9 lbs 1.5 oz / 4.12 kg. Nut width: 41 mm. Depth at 1st fret: 22.5 mm.
