1974 Fender Precision Bass, with a Sunburst finish and Black pickguard. It has a maple neck and fingerboard. All stock and original other than the solder on the pots and missing metal pickup cover. Original case included. This is the lightest Precision I've ever played weighing only 7 lbs 14.5 oz.
Great straight neck and clean frets in excellent condition with very little wear. Warm tone with plenty of growl. All electronics and hardware are in good working order. The body has a few small bumps and scrapes around the edges. The neck and headstock are very clean. There are two extra screw holes (now filled in) one on either side of the bridge.
Fully set up by my technician with a nice low action giving great playability. Serial:509763. The volume pot dates to the 38th week of 1974 the tone pot dates to the 33rd week of 1974. The neck is date stamped 74. Nut width: 41.25 mm. Depth at the 1st fret: 21.75 mm.
