Early 1973 Fender Precision Bass in excellent condition with a Sunburst finish and tortoiseshell pickguard. It has a maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard. Aside from 2 extra screw holes in the pickguard ( by the jack socket), it's all stock and original including the case. It's very light weighing only 8 lbs 3 oz.
Great straight neck and clean frets in excellent condition with very little wear. It has a warm tone with plenty of growl. All electronics and hardware are in good working order. The body has a few very small bumps and scrapes around the edges. The neck and headstock are exceptionally clean.
Fully set up in our workshop with a fresh set of Rotosound Nickel round wound strings. Serial:405179. Both pot's date to the 5th week of 1973. The pickups date to 73. Nut width: 40.5 mm. Depth at the 1st fret: 22.15mm.
