1970 Fender Precision Bass in good condition. All original with the exception of some touched up solder on the pots. Olympic White finish Tortoise guard and a Rosewood fingerboard. There is light lacquer checking in the finish and a few scuffs and dings, mainly around the edge of the body and a small patch of buckle rash on the back. The back of the neck has a fair amount of wear. Above all this bass plays and sounds great, it has a warm tone with plenty of thump.
It's been fully set up by my technician with a fresh set of round wound strings. It has a great playing action. Serial:283137. Weight:8 lbs 10.5 oz. Nut width: 41 mm. Depth at 1st fret: 22.25 mm. The pots date to the 31st week of 66. The neck stamp reads, Nov 70 B. Pickups date 1970. This is a great bass, don't miss out.
