1968 Fender Precision Bass in good condition with a sunburst finish, tortoise-shell guard and a rosewood fingerboard. The pots have been changed, but otherwise original, including the case. The case lining has a tear in it, but is otherwise in decent condition.
The body finish has playwear around the edges, a few battle scars, and some buckle rash. The back of the neck has light playwear, and the headstock has a few light scuffs/dings. The maple neck and headstock have a light flame to them.
It's been fully set up in our workshop with low action and is strung with a set of what I think are Ernie Ball roundwound strings. The frets have been dressed and are in good condition. The truss rod works correctly. Serial: 248896. The neck stamp reads JUN 68 B. Both halves of the pickup date to August 1st '68. Nut width: 42 mm. Depth at 1st fret: 22 mm. 8 lbs 15 oz / 4.05 kg.
