1968 Fender Mustang Bass in good + condition, Dakota Red finish, maple neck with a Rosewood fingerboard. I've replaced the mute sponge as it had deteriorated. Otherwise original and complete including the case. 3-months warranty and a 7-day returns policy included.
It has a great playing straight neck and the frets are in good condition. The body finish has a few small scuffs and dings and some lacquer checking aw well as light buckle rash on the back. The neck and headstock also exhibit some light play wear, in addition there was a sticker on the headstock which has now been removed. Everything remains structurally sound with no breaks or repairs. The truss rod works correctly without issue. All electronics work and sound great.
Fully set up in our workshop with a fresh set of medium-scale Rotosound 40-90 RS77M flat-wound strings. The pot's date to the 42nd week of 1965 and the neck stamp reads Oct 67 B. The pickups date to 67. Serial: 202738. Weight 8lbs 1oz. Nut width: 42mm. Depth at 1st fret:21.6mm.
