1967 Fender Jazz Bass with a Sunburst finish in very good + condition. Maple neck with a Rosewood fingerboard and White binding. It has a tortoiseshell guard and lollipop tuners. This bass is all original and complete including the case.

This is an excellent bass with a superb even sound right across the fretboard. This bass has tons of tone and the growl is fantastic. With both pickups and tone up full this bass really sings with loads of top-end, the mids punch through and the bottom end holds it all together.

The body finish has a small amount of play wear with a few scuffs & dings around the edges. On the back of the upper horn you will see some marks in the finish, this kind of wear is often from a curly cable being left in the case. The neck finish is in excellent condition with only some light lacquer checking. The frets are very clean having been dressed in our workshop and have plenty of life left in them. The truss rod works as it should and the neck is straight. The headstock is clean overall but does have a very small chip in the wood on the top back edge.

Fully set up in our workshop with a medium/low action giving great playability. Serial 165930. Weight 8 lbs 10 oz. Nut Width 37.5 mm. Depth at 1st fret 20.2 mm. The pickups have original winds and handwritten dates (both January 1967) The original pots are dated to the 31st week of 66. 3-month warranty included.
