The headstock is clean with only a few very small scuffs along the top edge. The frets are in great condition with plenty of life left in them. The Gibson SG Junior was introduced in 1960. The budget model of the new SG line quickly became a rock and roll workhorse. These were fitted with a dog ear P-90 pickup on a resonant lightweight mahogany body. Matched with a stud wrap tailpiece, the clarity, punch and power made these a favourite of the indie crowd.
