1962 Fender Precision Bass in excellent condition with a Sunburst finish over an Alder body. It has a wide C profile Maple neck with a beautiful dark rosewood veneer fingerboard, a 7.25" radius and clay dots. Serial: 78558.
Superb all-original example in fantastic condition. It is supplied with its original brown tolex case ( also in excellent condition) and the original leather strap and instruction manual.
This is a fantastic playing and sounding instrument. It has an amazing neck, and the frets have plenty of life left in them, having most likely been strung with flats its whole life. There are a few small scuffs & dings and patches of general playwear to the body finish, but nothing major. Overall, it's in wonderful condition, and the Sunburst remains vibrant. The back of the neck has some playwear through the finish along the edges. The headstock is very clean with just a few small scuffs along the top edge. Everything remains structurally sound with no breaks or repairs, including the pickguard, which is fully intact with minimal shrinkage.
