The neck position houses the acclaimed Duesenberg Alnico-Blade Bass Single-coil in a custom noiseless version under the new Gold-Foil style cover. This pickup brings the transparency associated with a classic Single-coil but cancels any unwanted noise on stage. Noise-cancelling can be switched on or off via a small switch on the pickguard. In the bridge position, you'll find the latest Duesenberg Gold-Foil Bass Single-coil beneath a Phonico cover. This configuration offers exceptional transparency and clarity, while also providing ample low-end power to fill the venue with rich tones. Each pickup has a separate volume control, as well as a master tone, allowing Dave to blend both pickups seamlessly.
