Brand new Alleva Coppolo RA5 Standard in Charcoal Frost Metallic. AC's RA basses can be thought of as a hybrid between 1960's and 1970's Jazz Basses. It has a maple neck and fingerboard with black celluloid perloid. This bass is shipped in a Protec Contego bass guitar case with Alleva Coppolo branding.

Alleva Coppolo says:

Our RA Series, often spoken of as our house favourite, hits the mark on being the best of both worlds from those significant ‘60’s & 70’s eras of great bass tones. The mixture of an alder body (commonly used on basses built during the 60’s) combined with an all maple neck (almost a standard of basses manufactured during the 70s), then moving the bride pick up a tad closer to the bridge (as done on a very popular bass in 1972) all creates a unique, blend of the two distinct periods of basses of their time. Many say these have the warmth of the 60’s with the snap of the 70’s basses. For those players with many different gigs or those looking to scale down to one or two working instruments, this would be our recommendation and a great consideration. As with the LG & LM, the RA also includes our bypassable two-band ALLEVA-COPPOLO preamp and our custom in-house pickups designed to correctly represent this era of bass building.
