1966 Fender Princeton Reverb amplifier in good condition with the original foot-switch. The Jensen 10" speaker has been re-coned. The amp is 110V and comes supplied with a new auto-transformer. This amp has the original power and output transformers. Original speaker (re-coned by The Speaker exchange, Tampa, Florida) and the original reverb tank.
During a recent service a few changes were made: New reverb transformer / changed mains filter caps / 3 pin power cord with earth tag/ new tube holders for the rectifier and power tubes. There has also been a small modification by way of an added standby switch. It has It has mixture of tubes - Electro-Harmonix / Tung-Sol / Phillips, etc.
The sound is amazing, it has a super warm tone with lush reverb. It's generally clean for its age but does have a few small bumps/ bruises/ scuffs in the tolex and a few very small tears in the grille cloth. This is the perfect amp for gigging, recording, or just using at home.
The Jensen speaker is dated to the 16th week of 1966. The original transformers date to early 66. The tube chart stamp is PH which dates final assembly to August of 66. Serial: A11300. Weight: 13.3 kg The amp has been fully checked over by our tech here at the showroom and given a clean bill of health. 30-day warranty included.
