1978-80 Fender Precision bass, black finish with a maple fingerboard. Very good condition. Aside from some of the wiring, this bass is all original. Supplied in a Hiscox flight case. No metal covers. I have dated the bass 78-80 because whilst the serial number indicates 1978, the pots date to 1979 and the pickups to 1980. This is common with Fender instruments from 78 through to about 1982.
The body finish has some light scuffs on the front and back, along with some little nicks and a bit of wear at the bottom edge. The neck and headstock are extremely clean in comparison. The frets are
