1970 Fender Telecaster Bass in good + condition, Blonde finish, maple neck and fingerboard. Serial: 296814. All original and complete, including the case.
The finish has a number of small scuffs and dings as well as some arm wear on the edge of the upper bout and a patch of wear on the edge of the lower horn. The neck and fretboard are clean overall with only minor playwear. There are a few small scuffs and dings around the top edge of the headstock. Everything remains structurally sound, with no breaks or repairs. The truss rod works correctly without issue. All electronics work and sound great. It has a great playing straight neck, and the frets are in good condition.
Fully set up in our workshop with a medium-low action and a set of Ernie Ball strings. The pots both date to 1966. Weight: 10 lbs 3 oz / 4.62 kg. Nut width: 44.5 mm. Depth at 1st fret: 23 mm.
