1966 Fender Princeton Reverb amplifier in very good condition. Original Jensen 10" speaker driving 12-15 watts. The amp is 110V and comes supplied with a new auto-transformer. This amp is all original with the exception of a new 3 pin power cord with earth tag, speaker lead and reverb connector leads. It has mostly new tubes which are a mixture of brands - 1x British Mullard 5AR4 /GZ34 rectifier, 2 x RCA 6V6 (possibly original to the amp), 2 x West Germany 12AX7. USA made 12AT7 & 7025.
The sound is amazing, it has a super warm tone with lush reverb. It's generally clean for its age but does have a few small bumps/ bruises/ scuffs in the tolex and a very small tear in the grille cloth. This is the perfect amp for gigging, recording, or just using at home.
The Jensen speaker is dated to the 5th week of 1966. The transformers all date to mid-66, the pots have a mixture of dates, ranging from mid 66 through to late 66. The tube chart stamp is PK which dates final assembly to November of 66. Serial: A05100. Weight: 8.13 kg The amp has been fully checked over by our tech here at the showroom and given a clean bill of health. 30-day warranty included.
