1966 Fender Princeton Reverb amplifier in very good condition. Original Jensen 10" speaker driving 12-15 watts. 110V / step down transformer and new Fender double foot-switch included. This amp is all original except for the newer Accutronics reverb tank and new 3 pin power cord with earth tag. It has mostly new tubes - 1x Mesa 5AR4 /GZ34 rectifier, 2 x Electro-Harmonix 6V6, 2 x JJ ECC83, 1 x JJ ECC81. The 7025 is USA made but not original to the amp.
The sound is amazing, it has a super warm tone with lush reverb. It's very clean, with no significant scuffs or tears in the tolex. The grille cloth has a few small tears. This is the perfect amp for gigging, recording, or just using at home.
The speaker is dated to the 3rd week of 1966. The power and reverb transformers date to the early 66, as do all the pots. The output transformer has a 0 after the manufacturer code, dating it to late 1960. (I believe this is original to the amp) Weight: 12.98kg. Serial number: A08221. The tube chart sticker is stamped with the code PH, dating it to August of 66. The amp has been fully checked over by our tech here at the showroom and given a clean bill of health. It's had a 3 pin power cord and earth tag fitted for safety. 30-day warranty included.
