It proved so popular it became the only shade from the colour of the year series to be officially extended. Orders could be made throughout 2003 \u0026amp; 2004 and production continued to fulfil those orders up to and including 2006. Some of these basses came factory fitted with a toaster pickup instead of the high gain. This bass has the toaster fitted. I can't be certain if this is how it came out of the factory, but it was an option at the time. This one also features a bone nut ( definitely not factory) \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis particular bass features some very nice wood grain which you can see through the finish. There's a very small chip in the lacquer on the front of the body which has taken a bit of finish off with it. (right up close to the binding on the upper edge) Other than that there are only the slightest signs of play wear to the finish and the metal work is still shiny. All round lovely bass. This colour is very hard to take pictures of accurately.
