Left-handed 1978 Fender Precision bass in very good condition. Olympic white with a rosewood fingerboard. All original and complete aside from the case and missing metal pickup cover. Supplied with a 3-month warranty and 14-day returns policy.
The white finish has yellowed over time and has a few patches of wear plus some scuffs and dings around the edges. The back of the neck is pretty clean with only a couple of minor dings. The headstock has some minor scuffs and dings along the top edge. The frets are in great condition with very few signs of wear and have been cleaned and dressed in our workshop.
This bass has been fully set up in our workshop with a really great action and a fresh set of Rotosound nickel round-wound strings. The tone pot dates to the 41st week of '76, and the volume pot is dated the 11th week of '77. The pickups also date to 77. Serial number: S845668. Weight: 9 lbs 13.5 oz / 4.46 kg.
